前言:過去其實從來沒有過去,是以某種式,出現在我們的現在中
 
由輔導之角度思考追思(記憶,懷舊….)
 
You are what you remember and you can’t help remembering what or forgetting what , that heavily 
involves subconscious activities. 
 
Having stated the above which by no means undermines the importance of re-literation ( reframing ) in the process of reconciliation with our past. 
 
Reconciliation at least have three dimensions: to the inner self , to 橫向的他者,向上天…
 
復和是一生之經練。
 
而復和之 first and last thing , 就是放低自己,放過自己,捨棄一己之執迷。
 
透過呼氣,心離五蓋,那就是:貪欲,瞋急,昏睡,掉悔,疑惑。
 
我特別想講「掉悔」,我的了解就是因為自己的錯失,丟失了一個人,一個錢包,一些好重要的東西,而一生也就是活在這份自責中。
