約翰壹書二章7-11節
神的小僕人
經文:
7 親愛的弟兄啊，我寫給你們的，不是一條新命令，乃是你們從起初所受的舊命令；這舊命令就是你們所聽見的道。
8 再者，我寫給你們的是一條新命令，在主是真的，在你們也是真的，因為黑暗漸漸過去，真光已經照耀。
9 人若說自己在光明中，卻恨他的弟兄，他到如今還是在黑暗裡。
10 愛弟兄的就是住在光明中，在他並沒有絆跌的緣由。
11 惟獨恨弟兄的是在黑暗裡，且在黑暗裡行，也不知道往那裡去，因為黑暗叫他眼睛瞎了。
這是一段令人扎心的經文。聖經裏有許多真理我們都懂，只是我們沒有行出來。我們常說信望愛，但這三方面我們常是能說不能做。使徒約翰特別提醒我們，若我們以為自己在真理裏面，卻恨弟兄，那只是在欺哄自己; 同樣我們說我們相信上帝，卻沒有盼望，也只是嘴巴說說，沒有活出來。
真正被愛的人才能活出愛，求主幫助我們更深經歷主的愛。也讓我們靠著神彼此相愛，並且信靠上帝，活出有盼望的人生。
1 John 2:7-11
As believers we talk a lot about biblical truth and yet we cannot live it out. We know we need to have love, faith and hope but we are good in talking about them, when practising them, we are so limited. Apostle John reminded us not to deceive ourselves and God only knowing the Truth but not practising them.
Let’s start with love, trusting God will enable us and be hopeful in our difficult circumstances. Let’s love those around us, the unlovable and one another through the empowerment of God.
