帖撒羅尼迦前書五章12-15節 神的小僕人
經文:
12 弟兄們，我們勸你們敬重那在你們中間勞苦的人，就是在主裡面治理你們，勸戒你們的。
13 又因他們所作的工，用愛心格外尊重他們，你們也要彼此和睦。
14 我們又勸弟兄們，要警戒不守規矩的人，勉勵灰心的人，扶助軟弱的人，也要向眾人忍耐。
15 你們要謹慎，無論是誰都不可以惡報惡，或是彼此相待，或是待眾人，常要追求良善。
保羅在帖撒羅尼迦前書的最後幾句話可以說是對所有信徒都很重要的一段話。保羅一方面鼓勵信徒對在主裏勞苦的人尊重，另一方面提醒我們要彼此相顧、殷勤服事、和平相處。現今世代比較愛批評、少欣賞，所以敬重勞苦的人是一種屬靈的操練。而美好的信徒生活更要弟兄姊妹彼此體恤，互相順服，才能實踐出來。
教會是我們服事的對象，也是我們服事的支持和後盾。若在教會中也得不着愛的支援，確實令人氣餒。求主幫助我們相親相愛，不要相咬相吞。

The final words Paul gave to the Thessalonians are golden words for all believers. He reminded us to respect those who labour in the Lord. This is a spiritual lesson for us as our culture adores critical mind and individuality. The lack of appreciation sometimes disheartens the diligent. On the other hand, Paul encouraged us to take care of one another. This is the heart of Christian community. We need to practise love, humility and submission to foster unity among us.
The church is where we minister and it is also a back up for our ministry. It is not desirable to be discouraged by our own people for the Lord desires we love one another rather than biting and devouring one another.
