 耶利米書九章23-26節( Jeremiah 9:23-26 )
耶利米書九章23-26節 神的小僕人
經文:
23 耶和華如此說：智慧人不要因他的智慧誇口，勇士不要因他的勇力誇口，財主不要因他的財物誇口。
24 誇口的卻因他有聰明，認識我是耶和華，又知道我喜悅在世上施行慈愛公平和公義，以此誇口，這是耶和華說的。
25 耶和華說：看哪，日子將到，我要刑罰一切受過割禮，心卻未受割禮的。
26 就是埃及，猶大，以東，亞捫人，摩押人，和一切住在曠野剃周圍頭髮的，因為列國人都沒有受割禮，以色列人心中，也沒有受割禮。
先知提到有關割禮的問題，到底什麼事心裏受了割禮呢？割禮是以色列人被分別出來的一個記號，作為信徒的我們得着救恩，都是被分別出來的。但神對我們的要求不是一個身體的記號、不是一個外表的記號，乃是一個心靈的記號。信徒最真實的記號就是心中敬畏神，生活見證神，在不同的關係中服事神。
今天我們的心受了割禮沒有？有沒有聖靈在我們心中動工？我們的內心、生活、關係有沒有上帝在當中呢？
Jeremiah 9:23-26
The prophet mentioned about a circumcised heart. What does it mean? Circumcision is a symbol for the Israelites as the chosen people of God. Yet what He wants from us is not an outward circumcision but an inward renewal and transformation. Do we fear God, do we witness God, is God working in our relationship?
Are we circumcised by God’s Spirit in our hearts? Do we have God in our hearts, our lives and our relationships?
