馬太福音12章9-14節

神的小僕人
 
經文：
9 耶穌離開那地方，進了一個會堂。 
10 那裏有一個人枯乾了一隻手。有人問耶穌說：「安息日治病可以不可以？」意思是要控告他。 
11 耶穌說：「你們中間誰有一隻羊，當安息日掉在坑裏，不把牠抓住、拉上來呢？ 
12 人比羊何等貴重呢！所以，在安息日做善事是可以的。」 
13 於是對那人說：「伸出手來！」他把手一伸，手就復了原，和那隻手一樣。 
14 法利賽人出去，商議怎樣可以除滅耶穌。
 
主耶穌在安息日醫病，本來是一件好事，簡單的說就是主耶穌不怕勞苦，祂看重的是人的生命，不是律例和規條，只是猶太人卻把這件事成為捉拿耶穌的把柄，他們的心剛硬，甚至想把耶穌殺死。
 
從這段經文讓我們看見神愛人的心腸，神願意醫治我們，給我們美好的生命，只是人抗拒，看重的是人的規矩和法則，忘記了神的愛和旨意。這裡不是說我們不用規矩，而是說要分別出是出於愛的、是出於神的規矩，我們才要持守。神的心意就是醫治。
 
禱告：
親愛的天父，求祢保守祢的教會，使得在教會生活中，基督徒們更看重神的心意，過於人的規矩。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。
 
Matthew 12:9-14
 
Jesus healed the sick on sabbath and He was accused of breaking the laws.  Jesus reiterated the heart of God to heal people rather than rules set up by men. He cares about our everyday life and living.  Yet the Jews rejected him and wanted to kill Him.
 
This passage teaches us how God cares for us as human.  He wants to heal and make us well.  However mankind resist.  The Jews cares for the mosaic laws while nowadays Christians care only for own freedom and pleasure. We need rules to govern but they must be out of the love and will of God.  Healing is the heart of our Lord.
 
May we care more about love and the heart of God than human rules, especially in Christian community.
