耶利米書33章14-16節
神的小僕人
 
經文：
14 耶和華說：日子將到，我應許以色列家和猶大家的恩言，必然成就。
15 當那日子，那時候，我必使大衛公義的苗裔長起來，他必在地上施行公平和公義。
16 在那日子猶大必得救，耶路撒冷必安然居住，他的名必稱為耶和華我們的義。
 
在耶利米書已經預言神會差遣救主耶穌基督，並稱基督耶穌為公義的苗、公義的救主。這段經文提及的不單是以色列復國的事，而是對整體上帝的子民復興的預言，是基督拯救罪人的好消息。 
 
世人往往看重的是國家的興衰，個人的成敗得失，神看重的卻是整個世界的拯救，怎樣把人類從滅亡中拯救出來。基督完成的救恩就是為了解決人類罪的惡果，卻並非應許我們什麼都成功和順利。只不過在一切的得與失之中，神應許與我們同在，賜給我們真正的平安。 
 
禱告：
主耶穌，祢是公義的王，祢帶給我們永恆的救贖和真正的平安，我們感謝祢。 願祢的國降臨，祢的旨意行在地上如同行在天上。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們。
 
Jeremiah 33:14-16 
 
Jesus was sent to the world, as Jeremiah foretold, as the righteous sprout and Saviour. As this passage narrates, Jesus is to redeem us from the punishment of sins. It is a revival of all the people of God not just a country or a nation alone. 
 
We are concerned about the ups and downs of life, no matter it is about a country, a nation, or personal level. Yet God cares about the whole world and the redemptions of sins. Never has He promised that we will always have blue sky but He promises that He will be with us and will grant us peace.
