詩篇30篇

神的小僕人

經文：

1 耶和華啊，我要尊崇你，因為你曾提拔我，不叫仇敵向我誇耀。

2 耶和華－我的神啊，我曾呼求你，你醫治了我。

3 耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來，使我存活，不至於下坑。

4 耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他，稱讚他可記念的聖名。

5 因為，他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間；他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿雖然有哭泣，早晨便必歡呼。

6 至於我，我凡事平順，便說：我永不動搖。 7 耶和華啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山穩固；你掩了面，我就驚惶。

8 耶和華啊，我曾求告你；我向耶和華懇求，說：

9 我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實嗎？

10 耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐恤我！耶和華啊，求你幫助我！

這篇詩篇是一個感恩的禱告。大衛讚美神，因為神拯救他、醫治他。他多次經歷了上帝的拯救和幫助，就知道即使在黑暗中，這黑暗也必會過去。故此大衛說，一宿雖有哭泣，早晨也必歡呼，這是他很深的體會。

生命總有黑暗的時候，有一些難過的日子，但神應許陪伴我們，我們可以靠着祂度過。雖然這是易說難做，但當我們轉眼仰望祂的信實和幫助，就能看到亮光。

禱告：

神啊！我們要尊崇祢、高舉祢的名，因祢是滿有恩典的神，祢施行拯救，不叫仇敵向我們誇耀。神啊！我們要轉向祢，相信祢要抹去我們的眼淚，要憐憫、醫治、幫助我們。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。

Psalm 30

David exalted the Lord for he had experienced the rescue, the help and deliverance from Him. So many times he had been in danger and the hands of the Lord was with him. He therefore cried out, “weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning”. This is how he went through crisis, his personal experience of God’s saving.

Life can be tough and hard. We all have dark moments and we survive through the company and promises of God. It is easy said than done but only if we can turn our eyes upon His help and faithfulness, we will see light in the end.

God will wipe our tears and heal us. May we trust Him in our difficult moments.
