神的小僕人

 

經文：

 

保羅看見加拉太的弟兄姊妹，又走回靠行律法稱義的生活，便再次提醒他們，按着律法而言，我們都死了，基督的十字架就是為我們因為律法而犯的罪而死，故此，保羅一再強調，我們的舊我，已經和基督同釘十字架，如今肉身活着是靠基督十字架的救恩，因祂愛我們，為我們捨己。

 

今天我們誇口什麼？ 還以我們為神作什麼誇口，就是未能明白十字架的救恩。十字架的恩典是白白的，是基督為我們的罪捨己的，是恩典，不是靠行為，只是今天我們的生命是否與我們所得的恩典相稱呢？

 

先是得著恩典，之後才因着感恩，靠著內住在我們裡面的聖靈，活出與基督救恩相配的生命，這就是我們所信的。

 

禱告：

親愛的主耶穌，我們為十字架的救恩感謝祢，但這是奧秘，不是單靠人的頭腦所能明白。求祢幫助我們相信祢，且有聖靈引導我們明白真理，進入真理，就是祢自己，使我們活出與救恩相配的生命。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。

 

Galatians 2:19-21

 

The Galatians had turned back to rules and laws, forgetting salvation came from the grace and mercy of our Lord Jesus on the cross.  Paul therefore reminded them that our old selves had been crucified with Jesus and now we are living according to the grace of Jesus who died for us on the cross.

 

So what can we boast today, are we still relying on our deeds not the work of Christ? We are all saved by grace not by deeds.  Yet receiving grace, we should live a life worthy of our call and the salvation of our Lord.

 

Grace is the basis of our salvation, living according to the laws are acts of thanksgiving.  This is our belief.
