約翰福音7章37-39節
神的小僕人
經文:
37 節期的末日，就是最大之日，耶穌站著高聲說：人若渴了，可以到我這裡來喝。
38 信我的人，就如經上所說：從他腹中要流出活水的江河來。
39 耶穌這話是指著信他之人，要受聖靈說的，那時還沒有賜下聖靈來，因為耶穌尚未得著榮耀。
主耶穌這段說話，是在眾人討論祂的身份的時候說的，因為有人說祂是基督，也有人說祂不是。主告訴我們，凡信祂的人，必有活水江河從他們的腹中流出來。約翰跟在末後提醒我們，我們是因着受了聖靈，才能如此。
活水不是死水，不是停滯發沉的水，而是活動的、帶出生命的、解渴的水。信主的人，因着聖靈的感動，自然願意付出並供應，他們便成了活水一般，不但帶着活力，更可以供應別人。
禱告:
天父，求您天天用聖靈充滿我們，使我們裡面有生命如活水江河湧流出來，祝福別人，見證上帝。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。
John 7:37-39
Jesus’ saying in this passage was recorded after people started to become divided into His identity. Some believed He was Christ and some refused to believe. Jesus then told the people that rivers of living water will flow within those who believe in Him. John adds that believers will receive the Holy Spirit their conversion.
Living water is not dead water, and they are not still and dusty. Living water gives lives and relieves thirst. Believers who receive the Spirit will not be takers but givers. They are willing to give and provide, thus become living water through the spirit of giving.
May we become the rivers of living water, providing for others and witnessing God.
