2 Corinthians 12:6-9

Paul had a special vision from the Lord which he did not boast.  He recognized that he had a thorn in his fresh which was an attack from satan to torment him.  Yet through his weakness, God comforted him saying, “my grace is sufficient, for my power is made perfect in your weakness.” Paul thus boast how weak he was rather than his gifts, for through weakness he experienced the power of God.

Life is fragile and uncertain.  We are weak for nothing is within our control.  Yet our Lord promises us that His grace is sufficient in our weakness.  So what else can we boast except for the grace and love of God?

Lord Your grace is sufficient.  We are weak but Your grace is perfect and is always around us.
