創世記二十二章1-3節
神的小僕人
經文:
1 這些事以後，神要試驗亞伯拉罕，就呼叫他說：亞伯拉罕，他說：我在這裡。
2 神說：你帶著你的兒子，就是你獨生的兒子，你所愛的以撒，往摩利亞地去，在我所要指示你的山上，把他獻為燔祭。
3 亞伯拉罕清早起來，備上驢，帶著兩個僕人和他兒子以撒，也劈好了燔祭的柴，就起身往神所指示他的地方去了。
亞伯拉罕的信心，一路起起伏伏，到他獻兒子以撒的時候，可以說是達到信心的高峰，他的信心才算完全。
上帝考驗亞伯拉罕，叫他把他自己所愛的兒子獻作燔祭，我們會否感到上帝很殘忍？其實這是一個信心的考驗，也可看作是一個預表，預表二千多年後上帝將祂的獨生子耶穌基督完全獻上，為我們贖罪。
獻上所愛的是人間最難的事，但亞伯拉罕最終並沒有失去以撒，最後還多了六個兒子（ 25章2節 )。
Genesis 22:1-3
Abraham trusted the Lord with an innocent heart and yet his faith journey fluctuated. It was until he went through this final test of offering Issac, his faith became complete.
We may say God is cruel to have asked Abraham to give up his beloved son. Wait a minute, isn’t God doing the same by giving us His only beloved son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for us?
Giving what we treasure is hard but Abraham did not lose Issac. He had another 6 children afterwards (25:2). What a lesson for us.
