馬太福音二十一章12-13節
神的小僕人
 
經文:
12 耶穌進了神的殿，趕出殿裡一切做買賣的人，推倒兌換銀錢之人的桌子，和賣鴿子之人的凳子；
13 對他們說：經上記著說：我的殿必稱為禱告的殿，你們倒使他成為賊窩了。
 
上帝的殿，是萬國禱告的殿，而不是用來作買賣。我們怎會在神的殿中作買賣呢？買賣可以指是我們把教會成為社交活動，甚至成為賊窩，即罪惡蘊藏之地，這真是太可怕了。
 
今天我們的教會生活是否聚焦於上帝的真理？還是只是我們社交的平台，甚至我們在當中犯罪也沒有醒覺呢？主耶穌在世的時候，把作買賣的都趕出去，並嚴嚴的指出神的殿必作為萬國禱告的殿。
 
但願我們以清心來到教會敬拜神，以愛心和別人相處，實踐真理。
 
Matthew 21:12-13
 
Jesus was upset and He drove out the people who did trading in the temple. We may say we never do trading in the church.  Yet do we use the church as a platform of social life? a place of casual meeting or even a place we can do whatever we like, including sinning?
 
Jesus says “my house is a house of prayers, but you are making it a den of robbers”. Let’s reflect on our attitude towards the temple of God. Do we focus on God, His truth and teaching when we attend His church?
 
Let’s have a pure heart when we worship God.  Let’s love and practice the Truth in the church and in our lives.
