提摩太前書六章17-19節
神的小僕人
經文:
17 你要囑咐那些今世富足的人，不要自高，也不要倚靠無定的錢財，只要倚靠那厚賜百物給我們享受的神。
18 又要囑咐他們行善，在好事上富足，甘心施捨，樂意供給人，〔供給或作體貼〕
19 為自己積成美好的根基，預備將來，叫他們持定那真正的生命。
現今有很多人求富、媚富，也有不少人仇富，但聖經的觀點不是如此，只是常常鼓勵在物質上富足的，要懂得去分享、去行善，在善事上富足。保羅特別提醒在世生活在安穩中的人，要懂得真正的生命不是家道豐富，而是靈裡富足。
我們所得的一切都是上帝給我們的，豐富的目的是叫我們懂得去分享，而分享的目的不是炫耀自己，而是祝福別人並且榮耀神。神看顧貧乏的，也賜福給願意分享的人。
1 Timothy 6:17-19
The Bible never condemns rich people, instead God always reminds those who are affluent to share, to do good deeds and to be rich in giving. Paul reminds us that holding true life is not holding onto our wealth but the spirit of giving.
What we have are given by God. We are to share, not to boast but to bless. Our God cares for the poor and He also blesses the rich who live in the will of God.
