出埃及記十三章17-18節
神的小僕人
經文:
17 法老容百姓去的時候，非利士地的道路雖近，神卻不領他們從那裡走，因為神說：恐怕百姓遇見打仗後悔，就回埃及去。
18 所以神領百姓繞道而行，走紅海曠野的路，以色列人出埃及地，都帶著兵器上去。
上帝帶領以色列人出埃及，走的路看來都是難行和遙遠的路，是曠野的路，上帝如此行是為了保護以色列人，免得他們遇上敵人、遇上爭戰，便走回埃及去。
人生的路也常是如此，一條迂迴的路、難走的路，但卻是保護我們的路。
禱告: 天父，只要是有祢與我們同在，或是曠野，或是康莊大道，我們就一步一步跟從。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。
Exodus 13:17-18
When God led the Israelites out of Egypt, He took them to a difficult and long way to avoid enemies and battles. He knew His people who would be turned away if they encountered battles and He took them a route via the wilderness.
A difficult path can be a protection for us. Though it can be lengthy, it can be rough and tough, it is the way God leads us to protect us. Just like during pandemic, we lose the freedom of movement and need to wear masks. They are protection though they may not be easy and comfortable.
Whether it is the desert or a highway, as long as God is with us, it is God’s way and the right way.
