出埃及記十七章8-13節
神的小僕人
經文:
8 那時，亞瑪力人來在利非訂，和以色列人爭戰。
9 摩西對約書亞說：你為我們選出人來，出去和亞瑪力人爭戰，明天我手裡要拿著神的杖，站在山頂上。
10 於是約書亞照著摩西對他所說的話行，和亞瑪力人爭戰，摩西，亞倫，與戶珥，都上了山頂。
11 摩西何時舉手，以色列人就得勝，何時垂手，亞瑪力人就得勝。
12 但摩西的手發沉，他們就搬石頭來，放在他以下，他就坐在上面，亞倫與戶珥扶著他的手，一個在這邊，一個在那邊，他的手就穩住，直到日落的時候。
13 約書亞用刀殺了亞瑪力王和他的百姓。
這段描述以色列人和亞瑪力人爭戰的經文呈現出一幅很美麗的圖畫。摩西的疲乏因着同伴的支持得以舒緩，而摩西的得力就帶給以色列人戰鬥的能力。團隊是重要的，彼此支持是基督徒重要的得勝武器。
我們的信仰群體是怎樣的情況呢？我們的屬靈生命是一場戰役，我們需要同心的同伴，彼此支持或同行。求主使我們得着美好的同伴，同時也可以成為別人的屬靈同伴。
Exodus 17:8-13
When I read the battle between the Israelites and the Amelakites, I can see a beautiful picture of team work. When Moses was tired, his companions were at his side aiding him, supporting him and enabling him. When he was enabled, the Israelites won.
How’s our Christian community？ Are we aiding each other or jeopardising one another through malicious words and acts. Our spiritual journey is a warfare, and we need one another for company and support. May God grant us spiritual partner and may we be one to our Christian comrades.
