以賽亞書二章1-4節
神的小僕人
經文：
1 亞摩斯的兒子以賽亞得默示，論到猶大，和耶路撒冷。
2 末後的日子，耶和華殿的山必堅立，超乎諸山，高舉過於萬嶺，萬民都要流歸這山
3 必有許多國的民前往，說：來吧，我們登耶和華的山，奔雅各神的殿，主必將他的道教訓我們，我們也要行他的路，因為訓誨必出於錫安，耶和華的言語，必出於耶路撒冷。
4 他必在列國中施行審判，為許多國民斷定是非，他們要將刀打成犁頭，把槍打成鐮刀，這國不舉刀攻擊那國，他們也不再學習戰事。
用來攻擊人的武器成為耕種的器具，這是多麼不可思議。人與人之間的紛爭、國與國之間的敵對，在神永恆的計劃中，是由神來審判及結束。在現今的世代，紛爭是常見的事。家中有夫婦爭吵、父母和子女爭執；工作場所、教會中也常是互相利用，甚至為了自身的利益而爾虞我詐。我們是活在一個充滿紛爭、不和諧、甚至真理顛倒的世界？
以賽亞先知告訴我們，這一切都會結束，因為神是最公平的審判者，祂帶來的是永恆的和平，祂要斷定是非，給我們真正的福樂。今天我們仍然活在黑暗的世代，在紛爭、爾虞我詐的關係中，求神給我們一顆清潔的心、單單仰望跟隨祂。
Isaiah 2:1-4
The weapons that attack people can become the ploughing tools. It seems impossible. Yet it is what the prophet describes in the eternal kingdom which contrasts the misery world of conflict and antagonism. We fight in families between couples and between parents and kids. In the work force, in our social lives, we fight for our own interest. The world is telling us we are living in the world of conflicts and disharmony.
Prophet Isaiah told us God will be the final and Only Judge. He will settle all dispute and bring us eternal peace and harmony. We are now still living in darkness and disharmony, yet as children of God, we can witness through our pursuit of love and accommodation, looking forward to God’s reign and final judgment.
