喜樂之地

申命記26章12-15節

神的小僕人

經文:

12 每逢三年，就是十分取一之年，你取完了一切土產的十分之一，要分給利未人，和寄居的，與孤兒寡婦，使他們在你城中可以吃得飽足。

13 你又要在耶和華你神面前說：我已將聖物從我家裡拿出來，給了利未人和寄居的，與孤兒寡婦，是照你所吩咐我的一切命令，你的命令我都沒有違背，也沒有忘記。

14 我守喪的時候，沒有吃這聖物，不潔淨的時候，也沒有拿出來，又沒有為死人送去，我聽從了耶和華我神的話，都照你所吩咐的行了。

15 求你從天上你的聖所垂看，賜福給你的百姓以色列，與你所賜給我們的地，就是你向我們列祖起誓賜我們流奶與蜜之地。

上帝吩咐祂的子民，要把當納的十分之一甘心樂意的獻上，送到祭司、貧窮、孤寡的人的手裏。當我們聽從上帝的吩咐，盡了我們的本分，上帝在天上必定垂顧，賜下屬天的祝福。

今天我們求上帝醫治這地，在這個過程裏面，我們是否仍然只顧自己的事，只求上帝的祝福，沒有遵行上帝的心意呢？求主幫助我們盡心盡力的愛神愛人，願意給出去。施比受更為有福。

Deuteronomy 26:12-15

The Israelites were reminded to tithe to the house of God, to assist the premiers, the poor and the widows. God promised to then bless the people with the land of milk and honey. It is a command from God for us to trust and obey Him. He will then send out His blessings.

We are here pleading for God’s mercy to heal the land. Aren’t we still stocking up for ourselves and being selfish and non giving? Instead we are to obey God by loving and giving. Giving is more blessed than receiving.
