 羅馬書十二章17-21節( Romans 12 :17 - 21)
羅馬書十二章17-21節
神的小僕人
經文:
17 不要以惡報惡，眾人以為美的事，要留心去作。
18 若是能行，總要盡力與眾人和睦。
19 親愛的弟兄，不要自己伸冤，寧可讓步，聽憑主怒，〔或作讓人發怒〕因為經上記著，『主說：伸冤在我，我必報應。』
20 所以『你的仇敵若餓了，就給他吃，若渴了，就給他喝，因為你這樣行，就是把炭火堆在他的頭上。』
21 你不可為惡所勝，反要以善勝惡。
我們一定會遇到人際關係的問題。最糟糕的是我們不肯放下這些恩怨傷害，懷恨在心且想報復，不但傷害彼此的感情，更破損自己內在的心靈。故此保羅提醒我們，不要效法這個世界，以惡報惡只會害己害人。基督徒不去追討別人虧欠自己的地方，是因為相信上帝的公義和祂對罪惡的憤怒。
以善勝惡是美好生命的表彰，雖然是易說難行，但仍是我們應該學習的目標。我們和家人、朋友、弟兄姊妹的關係，都需要我們努力經營，彼此寬容是屬靈生命的一個功課。
Romans 12:17-21
We will definitely encounter relationship issues. The worst thing is we cannot let go of the hurts people do to us and we want to revenge them. Revenge hurts us and the relationship and Paul reminds us not to follow the world and it’s way of retaliation. To be able to do so, we need to trust God and His wrath for evil.
To overcome evil with good is a life that springs from spirituality. It is our goal though it is easy said than done. We need to protect our relationship with family, friends, brothers and sisters. Learning to live at peace with everyone is a great spiritual lesson.
