帖撒羅尼迦前書五章16-18節
神的小僕人

經文:
16 要常常喜樂。
17 不住的禱告。
18 凡事謝恩，因為這是神在基督耶穌裡向你們所定的旨意。

保羅告訴我們神的旨意就是我們要常常喜樂，不住的禱告，學習數算恩典，凡事謝恩，這是屬靈的秘訣，也是得到真正滿足的唯一途徑。

不住的禱告、凡事謝恩，代表着和神有一個好的關係，可以將需要交託給祂，這是得力的秘訣，使我們在靈命上、情緒上都保持健康。

禱告: 主啊，幫助我常常喜樂，養成不住禱告的習慣，更懂得感恩，並能從困難中看見祢的祝福。求主垂聽我的禱告，奉耶穌基督的聖名，阿們。

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Paul told us the secret of real content. He asked us to pray continuously and to be thankful for whatever given. It is the only way to a godly living and a contented life.

Praying continuously and be thankful represent an intimate relationship with God. We can then commmit our problems to Him and count His blessings. It is healthy in spiritual and emotional life.

Lord help us through our problems and see Your blessings.
