彌迦書六章6-8節
神的小僕人

經文:
6 我朝見耶和華，在至高神面前跪拜，當獻上甚麼呢？豈可獻一歲的牛犢為燔祭嗎？
7 耶和華豈喜悅千千的公羊，或是萬萬的油河嗎？我豈可為自己的罪過獻我的長子嗎？為心中的罪惡獻我身所生的嗎？
8 世人哪，耶和華已指示你何為善。他向你所要的是甚麼呢？只要你行公義，好憐憫，存謙卑的心，與你的神同行。

先知提醒我們，神要我們獻上的，不是我們的財寶，而是我們謙卑跟從祂的心。舊約時代獻祭是用一歲的公牛，是寶貴的；但神要的不是獻上一歲的公牛或自己最愛的兒女，神要的是我們行公義，好憐憫，存謙卑的心，與神同行。

獻上自己和財物是好的，但更好的就是順服跟從主，行公義，好憐憫，不是靠我們的能力，乃是因為我們存著謙卑的心，與神同行。

神啊，祢的意念高過我們的意念，願我們謙卑跟從祢。

Micah 6:6-8

Prophet Micah told us that what God wants from us, is not the offering. Not even the one year old calves nor offering your beloved children are ways to please God. God wants us to act justly, to love mercy, not by our standard but by following and obeying God in a humble way.

To offer ourselves to God is good, to offer goods are wonderful. But God desires our heart to return to Him in humility. Then we know what is just and mercy in His sight and can walk in His will.

Lord Your minds are higher than ours. May we follow You in humility.
