詩篇139篇11-17節
神的小僕人

經文:
11 我若說：黑暗必定遮蔽我，我周圍的亮光必成為黑夜。
12 黑暗也不能遮蔽我使你不見，黑夜卻如白晝發亮，黑暗和光明，在你看都是一樣。
13 我的肺腑是你所造的，我在母腹中，你已覆庇我。
14 我要稱謝你，因我受造奇妙可畏，你的作為奇妙，這是我心深知道的。
15 我在暗中受造，在地的深處被聯絡，那時，我的形體並不向你隱藏。
16 我未成形的體質，你的眼早已看見了，你所定的日子，我尚未度一日，〔或作我被造的肢體尚未有其一〕你都寫在你的冊上了。
17 神阿，你的意念向我何等寶貴，其數何等眾多。

我們熟悉詩篇139篇，唱詩的時候也唱這首詩歌，只是上面這幾節經文比較容易忽略，就是提及黑暗的日子。我們看黑暗的日子是沒有盼望的，好像一切都會變為黑暗，但原來在黑暗中上帝仍然工作。詩人用我們在母腹中被造的過程作為一個例子，生命的出現也是在黑暗中上帝作成的。

經文也提到有關神的意念眾多，但合起來是祂奇妙的旨意，我們看不見未來整幅的圖畫，但神知道。我們在黑暗中看不見，但神在黑暗中仍然工作。

禱告: 天父，我們都是祢奇妙的創造，我們在母腹中，你已覆庇我們。神啊！祢的意念向我們何等寶貴，其數何等眾多，求祢幫助我們信靠祢並明白祢的旨意。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。


Psalm 139:11-17

We are familiar with psalm 139 and we sing hymns with its verses. Yet there are a few verses we tend to overlook. In times of darkness and troubles, we are pessimistic and we think the surroundings will all be darkened. Yet God is working in the darkness. The psalmist used the creation of us in the womb of mother as an example. Life is born with God’s work in darkness.

God’s thoughts are numerous and the sum of them is the final will of God. We cannot see the bigger picture and the future but God can. We are darkened by our circumstances and we cannot see the hands of our Mighty Lord.
