馬太福音四章18-22節
神的小僕人

經文：
18 耶穌在加利利海邊行走，看見弟兄二人，就是那稱呼彼得的西門和他兄弟安得烈，在海裏撒網；他們本是打魚的。
19 耶穌對他們說：「來跟從我，我要叫你們得人如得魚一樣。」
20 他們就立刻捨了網，跟從了他。
21 從那裏往前走，又看見弟兄二人，就是西庇太的兒子雅各和他兄弟約翰，同他們的父親西庇太在船上補網，耶穌就招呼他們，
22 他們立刻捨了船，別了父親，跟從了耶穌。

這段經文記載主耶穌呼召兩對兄弟，就是彼得和安德烈，雅各和約翰。這段看似簡單的經文，當中所傳達的信息卻是那麼重要，就是神的呼喚和人的聽從。兩對兄弟的回應給我們很大的啟示。

我們每天與神的相處是怎樣的呢？可能是每天都在「求」，卻沒有去「聽」，更沒有去「從」。

禱告：
主耶穌，跟從主要學習先聽後從，我們要作主門徒，就學習這兩對兄弟的回應，立即跟從了耶穌，從此人生也不一樣了。主啊！我們要跟從祢的呼召。禱告奉耶穌的名，阿們。

Matthew 4:18-22

The passage told us how Jesus called upon the two sets of brothers, Peter and Andrew, James and John. It seems like a simple message but we can learn from it a message of calling and response.

Everyday God calls upon His people, yet we do not listen and respond. How do we relate with God? Perhaps we pray and we ask a lot, but we rarely listen. We need time to be quiet in front of God and let Him speak to us. God is calling upon us everyday, but we cannot hear Him. Don’t just talk without listening.

As believers we need to listen first, followed by obedience, just like how the disciples responded to Jesus.
