詩篇40篇11-17節
神的小僕人

經文：
11 耶和華阿，求你不要向我止住你的慈悲，願你的慈愛和誠實，常常保佑我。
12 因有無數的禍患圍困我，我的罪孽追上了我，使我不能昂首，這罪孽比我的頭髮還多，我就心寒膽戰。
13 耶和華阿，求你開恩搭救我，耶和華阿，求你速速幫助我。
14 願那些尋找我，要滅我命的，一同抱愧蒙羞，願那些喜悅我受害的，退後受辱。
15 願那些對我說：阿哈，阿哈的，因羞愧而敗亡。
16 願一切尋求你的，因你高興歡喜，願那些喜愛你救恩的，常說：當尊耶和華為大。
17 但我是困苦窮乏的，主仍顧念我，你是幫助我的，搭救我的，神阿，求你不要耽延。

大衛在生命的不同絕處，都找到出路和保護，因為他一心投靠耶和華，沒有轉向別神或人的幫助，去應付他所面對的凶險。對大衞而言，神就是那拯救的神，祂知道並聽見大衞的呼求，使大衞行在穩妥之地。

我們大部分人生活在平穩中，不像生活在戰亂中的人們，每天都不知道明天如何。雖然如此，我們的內心仍然可能是波濤洶湧，心亂如麻。求神幫助我們相信：神是我們唯一的拯救和出路，我們要轉向祂。

禱告：
天上的父啊！祢是真神！求您開恩搭救及幫助我們，使我們脫離禍患及困苦窮乏，行在穩妥之處。 奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。

Psalm 40:11-17

David had encountered numerous risky scenarios and he realised that God was the only way out and He could trust Him. David did not turn to men for help and assistance, for he knew God was willing to put his feet on solid ground, and he would flee from danger, for God always listens to our cry.

Unlike many people who live in wars and conflicts, we are living in stability and comfort. Yet our heart can turn rough and our mind goes wild because of many challenges. God is our only solution and we can always turn to Him.

He makes our feet walk safely on firm ground for He is the Only True God.
