希伯來書11章13-16節
神的小僕人

經文：
13 這些人都是存著信心死的，並沒有得著所應許的；卻從遠處望見，且歡喜迎接，又承認自己在世上是客旅，是寄居的。
14 說這樣話的人，是表明自己要找一個家鄉。
15 他們若想念所離開的家鄉，還有可以回去的機會。
16 他們卻羨慕一個更美的家鄉，就是在天上的。所以神被稱為他們的神，並不以為恥，因為他已經給他們預備了一座城。

人的盼望到底在哪裏呢？大部份的人都在盼望世上的事，盼望成家立室，生兒育女，事業有成，這都是好的，但聖經卻提醒我們，在世上我們都只是客旅，一切現在擁有的都會過去，我們應該盼望的是永恆的家鄉，是與神一起的屬靈家鄉。

這不是說我們就輕看這個世界，神讓我們在世上活着，一方面要我們為祂而活，先求神的國和神的義；另一方面我們也享受祂為我們預備的一切。我們要懂得如何平衡，一方面活在今天，享受生命，另一方面有着永恆的目光，為天國努力。

禱告：
天父，我們在世上是客旅，是寄居的，最終的盼望在於祢，是祢為我們預備了一切，將永遠的生命賜給我們。今天的我們享受生命，也要好好的為主而活。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。

Hebrew 11:13-16

What is our ultimate hope? Many people are aspiring to have a good family, to have children and to have a good career. They are all admirable, yet they are transient and temporary. The Bible reminds us that our ultimate home is our heavenly place where God is with us and it is eternal.

It is not to say we will take the worldly life lightly. God wants us to enjoy what He has given us, but at the same time to work hard for His kingdom. How we have a balance view is important. We should live a good life while working hard for for the kingdom of God, serving Him.

God is our ultimate hope and He prepares a better home for us, yet today we should live according to His will and be good.
