耶利米哀歌三章19-26節
神的小僕人

經文：
19 耶和華阿，求你記念我如茵蔯和苦膽的困苦窘迫。
20 我心想念這些，就在裡面憂悶。
21 我想起這事，心裡就有指望。
22 我們不至消滅，是出於耶和華諸般的慈愛，是因他的憐憫，不至斷絕。
23 每早晨這都是新的，你的誠實，極其廣大。
24 我心裡說：耶和華是我的分，因此，我要仰望他。
25 凡等候耶和華，心裡尋求他的，耶和華必施恩給他。
26 人仰望耶和華，靜默等候他的救恩，這原是好的。

先知耶利米的心境，也許反映着許多人的心境，當我們感到失落，找不到前面的方向，又或者感到被人遺棄，感到失望，耶利米先知告訴我們，我們的神仍然愛我們，並以恩慈良善待我們，凡等候耶和華的就是有福的。

失落和沮喪的感覺，有時真的揮之不去，當人不能給我們安慰，神卻仍然賜下新恩，每天的恩典都是新的，神的信實和慈愛永遠不變，我們的盼望就是神，因為祂的慈愛永遠長存。

禱告：
親愛的上帝，我為每個早晨都是新的，祢的信實、慈愛何其廣大而感謝祢。您是我的福份，我要全心仰望您。凡等候祢的，心裡尋求祢的，祢必施恩給他，感謝祢的應許。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。

Lamentation 3:19-26

The heart of the prophet may echo with ours today. When life is against us, when things don’t work out the way we want, when people let us down, we are lost and downcast. It is the time we can turn our focus to the Lord. He is faithful and His love never fails. The grace of the Lord is new every morning.

The feeling of loss and downcast can not be overcome in a minute. They disturb our mind and our soul. Yet our hope is in the Lord our God for He loves and He enables us. Our hope is in Him who is faithful and His love is new every morning.

The Lord is my portion and I will wait for Him.
